What you'll be doing as a Head chef at The Hero: Take the lead in crafting seasonal, locally inspired menus and make use of the fresh produce provided by our local farm. Manage and inspire a team of kitchen professionals Recruit, train, and mentor a skilled kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and safety. Build strong relationships with local suppliers and champion sustainability. Work closely with the management team to drive profitability and customer satisfaction.
