A rare Head Chef opportunity has opened within a very busy, design-led daytime café & bakery in SW17, London.
This is not a small café, its a high-volume fresh-food operation serving elevated brunch, seasonal lunches and bakery to a strong, loyal customer base. Think restaurant standards, but without late nights.
We are looking for a Head Chef (or a strong Sous ready to step up) to take ownership of the kitchen, lead a team and help shape the food offering while maintaining consistency and strong GP.
What youll be doing: Running a large daytime kitchen operation

Menu development & seasonal specials

Managing prep, ordering and stock control

Leading and training a small team

Delivering calm, organised brunch service

Maintaining food safety and kitchen standards

What we need: Fresh-food background (brunch, café, modern casual dining or bakery)

Experience at Sous or Head Chef level

Strong organisation and leadership skills

Ability to handle busy weekend services

Someone who still cares about food quality
