We are looking for a talented and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and deliver exceptional dining experiences. ?? Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and inspire the kitchen team to achieve high performance
Design and develop innovative menus, keeping up with seasonal trends
Ensure all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
Oversee kitchen operations to ensure smooth and efficient service
Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
Control food costs and minimise waste
Train, mentor, and develop kitchen staff
Ensure compliance with all food hygiene and health & safety regulations

????? Requirements

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen environment
Good understanding of cost control and kitchen budgeting
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
