Bob Bob Ricard City, an iconic restaurant serving a luxury English menu in London's most glamorous all-booth dining room, is looking for a Head Chef with experience in working in high end yet high volume restaurant environments. The Head Chef would possess the passion to consistently deliver outstanding food. Our ideal candidate will be: Classically trained with great attention to detail Take full ownership for the entire kitchen from an operational and financial perspective Responsible for hiring and maintaining an effective kitchen team Creating a smooth working climate between all departments Manage the kitchen in a disciplined, systematic, structured and rational approach Ability to meet deadlines and follow through on assignments Have the ability to lead from the front, in a 'hands on' manner Possess in-depth cross-exposure to all areas of a quality orientated kitchen, ideally with opening experience Process driven and well organised Mature with a positive, 'can do' attitude We are offering: Salary up to £65000 per annum Private health care insurance Sick pay protection at 50% of salary for 1 year
