The Eastham Ferry Hotel is looking for a Head Chef to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality seasonal dishes while maintaining high standards of performance and compliance. What Were Looking For: Proven experience in a head chef or senior kitchen role Strong leadership skills able to manage, motivate and develop a kitchen team Creative ability to design and deliver a fresh, seasonal menu Organised and efficient in creating kitchen rotas Focused on maintaining targeted food costs and GP margins Knowledgeable and proactive in ensuring hygiene compliance and top hygiene ratings Capable of maintaining kitchen paperwork and standards What We Offer: Negotiable starting salary based on experience Quarterly performance bonuses for hitting targets and upholding hygiene and admin standards Supportive working environment with autonomy and creative freedom A chance to work in a new and exciting, privately owned company Salary From: 40000 plus 5000 yearly bonus plus tips Location: Eastham (CH62) Company: 1424740
