If you're a Head Chef who loves running a great pub kitchen, this could be a fantastic opportunity.
We're looking for a confident Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a well-established food-led pub in Forest Row . This is a kitchen with a strong local following and a reputation for delivering quality, seasonal dishes in a relaxed but professional environment.
You'll have the autonomy to lead the brigade, maintain standards and keep the kitchen running smoothly while delivering food guests genuinely want to come back for.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading the kitchen and taking full ownership of daily operations
Driving food quality and consistency across every service
Building, developing and motivating a strong kitchen team
Managing stock, GP, ordering and kitchen systems
Ensuring high standards of hygiene, organisation and compliance
What We're Looking For
Proven Head Chef experience in a food-led pub or restaurant
Strong leadership and organisational skills
A calm, confident operator who thrives in busy service
Passion for fresh ingredients and well-executed dishes
