We are now seeking a talented and driven Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and elevate our dining experience to new heights. The Role As Head Chef, you will take full ownership of the kitchen, from menu development to team leadership. Youll bring passion, innovation, and consistency, ensuring every dish reflects the quality and reputation of our hotel. What We Offer Salary: £48,000 £54,000 (depending on experience and fit) Quarterly Bonus: Based on achieving hotel and kitchen KPIs Monthly Gratuities Opportunity to work in a prestigious, award-winning seaside hotel A supportive environment where creativity and leadership are valued Key Responsibilities Lead, inspire, and develop the kitchen team Design and deliver seasonal, high-quality menus Maintain exceptional food standards and presentation Manage kitchen operations, including stock, costs, and compliance Drive performance to meet and exceed KPIs What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef ready to step up Strong leadership and organisational skills Passion for fresh, locally sourced ingredients A commitment to excellence and consistency Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard environment Important Information Please note: Live-in accommodation is not provided for this position.
