We are now looking for an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen team.

As Head Chef, you will play a vital role in ensuring our residents enjoy tasty, nutritious meals every day.
You will have the opportunity to use fresh, seasonal ingredients, lead a supportive kitchen team, and be part of a care home that values both culinary excellence and resident wellbeing.
What We Offer £18.00 per hour 40 hours per week Paid DBS, Pension scheme Free onsite parking, Uniform provided 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full-time contract) What You Will Do You will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the kitchen.
This includes preparing and serving meals that meet residents’ individual dietary needs and preferences, planning menus in collaboration with the Group Executive Chef and Home Manager, and managing kitchen staff rotas.
You will also ensure hygiene standards are maintained, stock is managed effectively, and all food safety regulations are upheld.
As a key member of the leadership team, you will contribute to a positive, well-run home where residents look forward to every mealtime.
What We’re Looking For City & Guilds 706 1 & 2 or equivalent (achieved or working towards) Basic Food Hygiene Certificate Previous experience managing or supervising a kitchen team Strong communication and leadership skills Experience preparing meals to suit a variety of dietary needs Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation Experience in a care home or healthcare setting is desirable but not essential About Us Our care home is part of Care Concern Group, a family-owned, market-leading care provider with over 100 homes across the United Kingdom.
