Our client in Reading is a busy high-quality Dining Pub pub, which offers fantastic fresh food and great wines. The venue boasts a seasonal menu and makes the most of the local produce. The menu has several core dishes however the client is looking for a Chef who wants to input and the freedom to create great dishes. The client is as equally focused on their food as it is their staff, offering a variety of development opportunities as well.

What's involved?

As the new Head Chef of this Dinning pub, you must have experience in controlling kitchens and have a great understanding of GP and stock management. You will be accountable for smooth running of the kitchen, so it is essential that you are a team player and able to coach the junior members of the team. The company is looking for a passionate Chef who wants an input into the menu.
