Responsibilities Direct and manage all culinary operations for conferences, banquets, private dining, and large-scale events
Develop and refine diverse menusfrom canapé receptions to full banquet services and private dining experiences
Oversee procurement, cost control, and supplier relations to maintain profitability and quality
Ensure the kitchen meets rigorous food safety, hygiene, health & safety (including HACCP, COSHH) and legal compliance standards horwoodhouse.co.uk
Schedule, train, supervise, and mentor kitchen staff, including sous chefs and chef de parties

Collaborate with F&B, events, and operations teams to deliver seamless event experiences

Requirements Minimum 3 years experience as Head Chef or Banqueting Head Chef in a comparable venue or hospitality environment horwoodhouse.co.uk

Strong food and beverage budgeting, cost control, and menu costing skills
