Premium Food-Led Restaurant | Lemonade Recruitment is working with a well-regarded, food-led neighbourhood restaurant in West London that is looking to appoint a Head Chef to lead the kitchen and maintain high standards across a busy, quality-focused operation.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a founder-led hospitality business that values craftsmanship, team culture and genuine hospitality.
The restaurant delivers weekly sales between £30k and £55k and operates across breakfast, lunch and dinner service.
The kitchen team consists of a brigade of approximately 11 chefs delivering around 800 covers per week.
The menu focuses on seasonal, ingredient-led cooking with a strong emphasis on quality produce and consistent execution.
The Role
Lead and develop a brigade of approximately 11 chefs
Maintain consistently high food standards across all services
Work closely with the General Manager to ensure smooth service and team alignment
Manage ordering, supplier relationships and stock control
Control food costs and maintain strong GP performance
Oversee kitchen organisation, rotas and operational efficiency
Recruit, train and mentor junior chefs
Contribute to seasonal menu development and refinement
About You
Current Head Chef or strong Senior Sous Chef ready to step up
Background in premium casual dining, modern brasserie or quality-led restaurants
Experience working within a Rosette or strong food-led kitchen environment preferred
Strong leadership and team development skills
Highly organised and calm under pressure during busy services
Passionate about produce, consistency and building strong kitchen culture

The Package
£55,000 £60,000 salary

Service Structure
Breakfast, lunch and dinner service Tuesday to Saturday
Brunch and lunch service Sunday
Closed Sunday evening and Monday
