Role: Head Chef New Japanese Restaurant Opening in Central London
Salary: £80,000£85,000 per year
Location: Central London
About the Role:

Lead pre-opening kitchen setup, menu development & team recruitment
Deliver high-quality Japanese cuisine including sushi, robata, kushiyaki
Oversee full kitchen brigade in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Work on supplier sourcing, cost control, and kitchen operations
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience as Head or Executive Chef in Japanese or pan-Asian kitchens
Strong knowledge of sushi and traditional Japanese techniques
Experience with restaurant openings and team leadership
