Head chef required for a fresh food pub in the Kendal area, £38-40k, team of 3 in the kitchen. This is a fresh food kitchen, with a creative use of ingredients and serves traditional pub dishes with a slight twist.

The roles
As a head chef you will be running the kitchen of 3, this is a hands on role and a small menu of a few classical fresh food pub dishes with a twist. They do lots of homemade dishes including pies, pate and many other items. This role includes all the normal head chef duties.

Experience
We are looking for a head chef from a fresh food pub background, you will be able to cook british pub classics and put a bit of a twist on them.
