What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or senior pastry leader within luxury hotels or high-end restaurants
  • Strong expertise in bread, viennoiserie and fine pastry
  • Background in fine dining or five-star environments
  • A creative and detail-driven approach to menu development
  • Strong leadership skills with a supportive, team-focused attitude
  • Willingness to relocate to Antigua
