Excellent Head Chef opportunity with Country Dining Pub - 4 nights off per week A Fantastic opportunity has arisen at this excellent country dining pub near Rothwell & Kettering for a Head Chef. You will work as part of a busy brigade serving all fresh produce and preparing meals for lunch & dinner service. The role would be suitable for a Head Chef or Sous on promotion who can lead and run a team of chefs serving a modern British seasonal menu with daily specials. The pub works with excellent produce suppliers and meat from Aubrey Allen. You will work 4.5 days a week and with the pub closed for food on Sunday evenings, get 4 nights off per week. You will need your own transport due to location. Salary & Benefits Salary to £40k plus tips 46 hour contract 4 nights off each week Uniform All meals 28 days holiday
The Role Reporting to the GM you will be assisted by junior chefs Working in the kitchen using fresh and seasonal ingredients Introude daily specials and new menu ideas to keep up with customer trends Kitchen Management duties
The Person You will already be a Head Chef or aspiring Sous Chef looking for promotion. Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members Have experience of working in a busy fresh food kitchen Good attention to detail Steady Career History
