At DoubleTree by Hilton London Elstree, were entering an exciting new chapter and looking for an experienced Head Chef to step into a role full of energy, pace, and real opportunity, joining our strong and stable team.
With 135 bedrooms, 11 busy meeting rooms, and a fully integrated restaurant, bar, and room service operation, this is a fast-moving environment where variety is part of the everyday. Meetings, events, and banqueting are a major part of what we do, and the ability to deliver at scale is essential, but just as important is creating a strong, well-balanced restaurant offering that stands confidently on its own.
We are currently undergoing refurbishment of our event spaces alongside the rebranding of our food and beverage outlets. This creates a rare opportunity for a Head Chef to join at a pivotal time and play a key role in shaping the direction of the kitchen, from menus through to overall concept and delivery.
Our location, close to well-renowned film and TV studios, brings a diverse and ever-changing clientele, adding to the buzz and intensity of the operation. Its a setting that suits a Head Chef who thrives on momentum, embraces variety, and leads confidently in a high-volume, dynamic environment.
We are specifically seeking a current Head Chef who is already operating at this level and is looking for their next challenge. You will be someone who leads from the front, builds strong teams, maintains high standards under pressure, and balances creativity with commercial awareness.
Salary is up to £52,000, alongside Hilton GO travel perks, free gym membership, meals on duty, and parking. You will also be part of the Senior Management Incentive Programme for 2026.
