The Opportunity

Much like a Formula 1 team principal sets the direction for race success, you will define the culinary vision, build a high-performing brigade, and ensure every detail is executed flawlessly. Key Responsibilities
Head Chef
Lead and manage the entire kitchen operation, ensuring exceptional food quality and consistency across both the staff restaurant and hospitality offering
Design and deliver innovative, nutritionally balanced menus suited to a high-performance environment
Pay homage to the clients American heritage in motorsport through the food offering
Oversee food safety, compliance, and hygiene standards across all kitchen activities
Manage stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships efficiently
Recruit, train, and develop the kitchen team to maintain high performance
Collaborate with senior management on strategic planning and service delivery

Previous experience within a similar environment
