We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join one of our leading sites on High Street Kensington.

• On target earnings (OTE) salary package of up to £60,000 per year (combined fixed annual salary plus tronc). Uncapped earning potential based on site performance

Who we're looking for

We’re looking for an experienced Head Chef. You’ll need to have worked with fresh ingredients, be calm under pressure, know how to control your margins and be at your happiest when training, inspiring & developing a happy team. Ideally you’ll have worked in a similar premium branded fresh food kitchen environment, but not essential. What is essential is a passion for food and mentoring your team, with a keen eye for detail (especially when it comes to food safety).
