Berkeley Scott are partnering with an award winning Hotel based near Wrexham, who are looking for a Head Chef. Based in a stunning location and working alongside a small team of Chefs (4) 40 hour week. What's in it for the Head Chef? Bonus incentives Full menu autonomy Lead restaurant direction Hotel access if needs be Free on-site parking Development oppertunities within the young company, with 6 hotels already (exec, ect) Tronc Salary £45,000 Per anum What we're looking for in the perfect Head Chef Someone who has the ability to put their 'Stamp' on a restaurant. They are willing to invest in you - equiptment you need and your menu with no strings attached. Equally you will be well versed and have the ability to work alongside the Restaurant Manager and create something beautiful.
