Salary up to £50,000 plus bonuses
We are looking for a Head Chef with experience in Middle Eastern flavours to join our solid team in a fast paced restaurant, with high standards, because we care about welcoming everyone through our door as if they were family - guests and team alike. Celebrating the vibrant taste of the Mediterranean and Middle East. Using authentic ingredients and traditional culinary techniques.
Cooking over a natural fire grill.
Training is provided to help you develop the skills and experience to step up and grow your career.

What we would like from you:
A Leader, able to inspire and develop the team on new menu's and recipes from the Exec chef.
Experience of running your own kitchen as Head Chef.
Someone who is approachable and can promote a family feel to the kitchen.
