Ensure compliance with all food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations. Oversee stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships. Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation across all food offerings. Key Requirements Previous experience as a Head Chef or an experienced Sous Chef ready to step up. Strong leadership and people management skills. Proven track record in managing kitchen finances and GP. Passion for high-quality food and attention to detail. Ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to relocate within the UK if required.
