Were now searching for an inspiring, hands-on Head Chef to lead our kitchen, shape our menus, and build a culture that cooks with pride and purpose every day.
What youll do Lead and motivate a small, high-performing kitchen team

Create seasonal menus across brunch, small plates, pasta, and sharing dishes

Own food standards flavour, consistency, presentation, and pace of service

Manage GP, stock, ordering, and kitchen budgets with commercial awareness

Implement and maintain impeccable food safety and hygiene standards

Train, develop, and inspire chefs building a collaborative kitchen culture

Work closely with the leadership team on innovation, specials, and events

Champion suppliers and ingredients that reflect our ethos

Who you are An experienced Sous Chef ready to step up or an established Head Chef

Passionate about Mediterranean flavours, deli culture, and honest cooking

Calm under pressure, organised, and solutions-focused

Naturally collaborative you believe kitchens work best as teams, not egos

Strong on numbers, processes, and systems as comfortable with GP as garnishes

Proud of your craft, curious about new ideas, and committed to consistency
