We are currently recruiting for an experienced Head chef to lead the kitchen brigade at this fantastic, independently owned brasserie Restaurant serving modern British food with a real focus seasonal produce from around the UK. As Head Chef you will lead your team in the preparation and service of food, ensuring that the highest standards are always maintained.

The Person

The ideal Head Chef will have the following:

Solid experience in a fresh food kitchen environment
2 years experience in a similar kitchen at Head Chef Level
Experience in high volume, upscale restaurants
Can do attitude & team player
proven track record of managing a kitchen team
Fully flexible on day/evening/weekend shifts
live locally to the area and be able to access the venue easily
