Head Chef Restaurant Exeter Salary: £39,000 + up to £7,500 tronc + bonus (up to £6,000)
A vibrant, high-volume restaurant in central Exeter is seeking a talented and passionate Head Chef with a love for Asian cuisine and bold, authentic flavours. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a dynamic kitchen team in a fast-paced, fresh food, quality-driven environment.
What Youll Be Doing Leading, motivating, and managing a team of chefs
Overseeing the day-to-day running of the kitchen, including H&S and compliance
Managing stock control, ordering, and minimising wastage
Working hands-on across all sections to support your team
Ensuring consistently high standards of food quality and presentation
