The Role As Head Chef, you will:
Lead, inspire, and develop a talented kitchen brigade
Design and execute a refined, modern Pan Asian menu
Maintain exceptional standards of quality, consistency, and presentation
Manage food costs, GP, and kitchen operations efficiently
Collaborate with senior management to drive the restaurants vision and reputation
What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a premium or luxury environment
Strong background in Pan Asian cuisine (Japanese, Thai, Chinese, or fusion concepts)
A passion for innovation, flavour, and presentation
Excellent leadership and communication skills
A hands-on, driven approach with attention to detail
