I'm having early conversations with experienced Head Chefs in the Oxfordshire area regarding a senior kitchen role at a well-established destination pub / restaurant .
This position would suit a Head Chef who enjoys producing well-executed, seasonal food at volume , leading a strong brigade, and running a calm, organised kitchen.
The right background might include:
Experience leading a busy, quality-led kitchen
Confidence running services of up to 200 covers
A background in premium pubs, restaurants, or hotels
Strong leadership, structure, and commercial awareness
Exposure to high-end or fine-dining environments is a plus, but not essential
