We want to become one of the best food pubs in Surrey and looking for a Sous Chef or Head Chef able to deliver seasonal, ingredient-led British food that is accessible, generous, and rooted in outstanding produce. The Head Chef or Sous Chef will help in designing the menu, setting up suppliers, training of new staff and setting systems and standards The opening kitchen team will begin with 2 chefs with support of KPs/Commis.
