Head Chef - New Restaurant Opening

We're seeking an experienced, passionate Head Chef to lead our kitchen in an exciting new restaurant that's quickly becoming a destination venue. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll take full ownership of kitchen operations, build and develop a strong team, and deliver high-quality food with consistency, creativity, and care.
You'll be responsible for menu development with a strong focus on seasonality, events, and key calendar dates, while maintaining tight control of food costs, margins, and waste. Working closely with the front-of-house and management teams, you'll ensure seamless service and an outstanding guest experience every time.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Head Chef — or a strong Senior Sous ready to step up — to shape a kitchen, influence menus, and put their stamp on a growing hospitality business that values quality, leadership, and innovation.
