Develop menus that feel seasonal, balanced, and genuine. Present dishes to the owners during the cook off Build a stable kitchen culture with simple, organised routines. What you bring Proven experience in Italian restaurants as a Head Chef or even Sous Chef Confident leadership and a hands-on approach Strong understanding of fresh pasta and dough Ability to guide the menu without overcomplicating it.
