The Role

We are seeking a talented and driven Head Chef to lead the kitchen team for this exciting new Pan-Asian concept. You will play a key role in shaping the food offering, maintaining high standards, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience as a Head Chef, managing your own kitchen
Strong ability to deliver fresh, high-quality food consistently
Experience in Pan-Asian cuisine preferred, but not essential
Understanding of both corporate restaurant structures and independent operations
Ability to perform well under pressure in a high-volume environment
A strong, approachable leader who can motivate and develop a team
Excellent personality, energy, and drive
