Someone who takes pride in themselves, and the work they do, and can instil this to the team. A role model who leads by example and is driven to train and develop the next generation of Head Chefs. A collaborative mindset to work closely with the Senior Management team on menu creation and specials. A passion for local produce and openness to bringing in your own suppliers.
