We are seeking a talented, passionate, and people-focused Head Chef to lead the kitchen of a beautifully located, award-winning gastro pub and hotel in the heart of the Cotswolds .

The Venue A stunning and very busy gastro pub with hotel rooms, attracting both loyal local trade and destination visitors year-round. Known for exceptional food, warm hospitality, and a friendly atmosphere, this is a flagship site within the group.
The Role As Head Chef, you will take full responsibility for the kitchen operation, leading a large team in a high-volume environment. You will set the tone for standards, culture, and performance while delivering consistently excellent fresh food.
This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in busy services, remains calm under pressure, and creates a positive and supportive kitchen culture.
What Were Looking For Proven experience as a Head Chef or strong Sous Chef ready to step up
Strong background in high-volume fresh food operations
Experience managing and motivating large kitchen teams
Positive attitude with a hands-on leadership style
Passion for fresh food, quality ingredients, and consistency
Friendly, approachable personality who leads by example
Strong desire to train, mentor, and develop others
Excellent kitchen management, stock control, and GP knowledge
Organised, resilient, and calm under pressure
Package £50,000 salary
