Head Chef - London - 75kMONDAY-FRIDAYI am recruiting for a Head Chef for a flagship events catering contract in London however this is not a typical Head Chef role, you will have full culinary ownership - shaping menus, leading teams, managing operations and ensuring consistency and excellence.For this Head Chef role, they require someone who is able to:Lead, motivate and develop full time and casual kitchen teamsCreate and deliver menusManage all food procurement, stock control and waste reductionNegotiate with suppliers to secure the best quality produce at best market valueOperate consistently within agreed budgets and due diligence frameworksEnsure quality, consistency and compliance across all kitchen productionUphold Food Safety and Health & Safety standardsManage rotas, hours, holidays and coverControl kitchen costs without compromising guest experienceLead regular team meetings and briefingsInvest passionately in the training, mentoring, and progression of your teamAll candidates applying for this Head Chef role must have been in a similar role within the last year. #J-18808-Ljbffr
