The Role - Head Chef Lead all catering operations for premium weddings and private events
Design and deliver innovative, seasonal menus
Work closely with the owners to design bespoke dining experiences
Champion sustainable, low-waste practices across the kitchen
Train, motivate, and inspire a small but passionate team
Ensure flawless execution across every event from prep to service
About You - Head Chef Experienced Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef from a high-end restaurant, hotel, or events background
Passionate about seasonal British produce and sustainability
Calm, organised, and thrives in high-pressure, guest-focused environments
