Were looking for a skilled and passionate Head Chef to join our dynamic team in a food lead Gastro Pub in Harpenden on a full-time basis.
Key Details:
Shifts: 48 Hours per week
Package: up to £57,000 (£45,000 salary, £7,000 Tronc (from April tronc will increase to £10,000 per year) up to £2,000 profit share)
Weekend Availability: Required
Additional Responsibilities: Opportunities for growth and development within the kitchen
Preferred Experience: Experience in Gastro pub, brunch, café, or high-volume kitchen environments
What youll need
Experience working in a fresh food environment
Proven track record as a Sous Chef / Head Chef
Background in a hotel, restaurant, or Pub setting.
A positive, can-do attitude
