We are seeking an experienced, creative Head Bartender to lead our bar operations at STRAKERS . The role is responsible for ensuring the highest standards in drink quality, consistency, and presentation, while driving innovation in cocktails and other beverage, alongside the GM. The Head Bartender will oversee stock control, supplier management, and cost control as well as training and motivating the bar team to deliver outstanding service every day. This is a role for someone who loves the thrill of a busy service!

Key Responsibilities: Maintain and elevate drink quality, consistency, and service standards. Develop and implement new cocktails, seasonal menus, and drinks concepts alongside the General Manager. Manage stock levels, ordering, and inventory control to minimise waste and maximise profitability. Nurture our relationships with brands and suppliers to ensure the best prices and volume targets for brand deals are hit. Train, mentor, and lead bar staff, ensuring product knowledge and service excellence. Oversee bar compliance and health and safety. Collaborate with management to enhance the overall guest experience.

Requirements: Proven experience as a senior bartender or bar manager in a high-volume, quality restaurant or bar. Seamless mixology skills and passion for drinks innovation. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational abilities. Knowledge of stock management and cost control preferred, but can be taught.
