YOUR PURPOSE We look after our PEOPLE, we build and nurture our COMMUNITY, and we give every diner & drinker a truly great, memorable EXPERIENCE.
As Head Bartender, you bring that to life through every drink, every interaction, and the energy behind the bar.
You will:
Lead the bar day-to-day service, setup, flow, and standards
Create a welcoming, high-energy bar experience guests remember
Train and develop the bar team to be confident, consistent, and sharp
Maintain quality and consistency across cocktails, drinks, and presentation
Work closely with management on menus, specials, and ideas
Take ownership of stock, prep, and bar organisation
