With a brand-new 2,000 sq ft production kitchen and exciting growth plans, this is the perfect opportunity for someone who has thrived in a similar hands-on, fast-evolving environment. Whats in it for you as the Head Baker: £35,000 per annum plus £300 to £400 per month in service charge A night-based rota 10pm to 8am Working in a modern and expanding production kitchen with top-quality equipment Being part of a close-knit, passionate team of 3 bakers Joining a small, ambitious business on the cusp of major growth What youll be doing as the Head Baker: Leading the baking operations through the night shift in the production kitchen Creating high-quality baked goods to the highest artisan standards Managing and mentoring your team of bakers Working closely with the owners to support expansion plans and improve processes Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment We'd love to speak to you if: Youve worked in a small but growing artisan bakery or production kitchen Youre confident managing overnight production and leading a small team Youre excited by the idea of joining a business with ambition and making a real impact This role is based full-time in the production kitchen near Moreton-in-Marsh, Gloucestershire.
