We're a culture-first bakery in the heart of London, dedicated to keeping things simple — no shortcuts, no compromises, just real baking done properly. From sourdough loaves to handcrafted sandwiches and fresh pastries, everything that leaves our ovens is made with skill, care, and pride.
Now, we're looking for a Head Baker who's excited to take the reins, inspire a team, and drive the next stage of our evolution.
What You'll Do Perform daily opening duties to ensure the bakery is ready from the very first bake.

Operate all bakery machinery with confidence, precision, and care.

Develop and implement new recipes and baking techniques to expand our menu and drive sales.

Monitor ovens, production flow, and overall bake quality to maintain consistency.

Plan rotas, manage absences, and keep the team running smoothly.

Train, mentor, and develop junior bakers — helping shape the next generation of talent.

Maintain strict food safety and hygiene standards throughout the bakery.

Use strong numerical skills to support ordering, portioning, costing, and contribute to P&L performance.

Who You Are A skilled baker with hands-on experience in sourdough, pastries, and general bakery production.

Someone with excellent mathematical skills, proven baking expertise, and solid food safety knowledge.

Confident working with P&L and cost control, with a strong understanding of commercial bakery operations.

A supportive leader who fosters positivity, teamwork, and open communication.

Creative, organised, and passionate about doing things properly — no cutting corners.
