About the Role

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in the. Your responsibilities may include:

* Assisting with daily living tasks

* Providing personal care in a respectful, dignified way

* Supporting individuals to access the community

* Helping with medication (after full training)

* Encouraging independence and promoting wellbeing

* Building positive, trusting relationships
