Dermatology Healthcare Assistant (HCA) / Clinical Administrator

The role includes taking medical photographs, chaperoning consultations and treatments, assisting in procedures, and helping oversee compliance across Dr Haus's treatments. You will also be responsible for anticipating clinic needs, maintaining organisation, and ensuring everything runs efficiently.

• Prepare consultation and treatment rooms
• Assist clinicians during procedures and treatments
• Take high-quality medical photographs for patient records
• Chaperone patients during consultations and treatments
• Support compliance processes across treatments and documentation
• Complete and verify patient consent forms
• Provide a warm welcome and clear aftercare guidance to patients
• Coordinate effectively with both clinical and administrative teams
• Anticipate clinic needs and ensure smooth daily operations

• Monday to Friday, full-time (40 hours per week)
• Shifts typically start at 10:00 am or 12:00 pm, lasting 8.5 hours including a 1-hour unpaid lunch break

• Background as a Healthcare Assistant, clinic runner, or therapist
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to think ahead and use initiative
• Comfortable in a patient-facing role with excellent communication skills
• Professional, polished appearance
• Experience in dermatology or private healthcare is advantageous but not essential
• Phlebotomy experience is beneficial but not essential
