Key Responsibilities: Support the Manager in leading, mentoring, and motivating the hardy plant team. Maintain and refresh hardy plant displays for maximum seasonal impact. Oversee stock levels and ensure consistent quality and availability. Conduct sales analysis, produce reports, and take action based on findings. Provide knowledgeable, friendly advice to customers.
