MERITUS are working with a Systems Integration Consultancy based. We're currently seeking 4 talented Electrical / Hardware Design Engineers to join their Nuclear Division in Malton.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-performance team that delivers cutting-edge solutions across highly regulated industrial environments. As a key player in their nuclear division, you'll contribute to a wide array of critical projects that power and protect vital national infrastructure.
This role is ideal for experienced engineers with a strong background in control panel design, PLC systems, and LV distribution. You will work on the full lifecycle of hardware systems - from initial design to final delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
Design and develop hardware systems using proprietary components, focusing on PLCs, MCCs, drives, controls, and switchgear. Create and review detailed electrical designs, cabling schematics, and containment system layouts. Support on-site surveys and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver effective engineering solutions.
