Pertemps Network Group are currently supporting a London-based local authority in the appointment of a Hard FM and Compliance Manager . In this pivotal permanent role, you will take strategic and operational responsibility for the delivery of hard FM services across the Councils corporate estate. You will ensure operational excellence, full statutory compliance, and the ongoing resilience of all building systems, leading maintenance strategies, managing complex technical projects, and driving continuous improvement in building performance and safety.
