We are looking for a skilled Handyperson/Fabric Engineer to carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a commercial site in Brighton. You will be responsible for ensuring buildings are safe, well-maintained, and compliant, working closely with the wider FM team to deliver exceptional service to clients. Key Responsibilities: Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on a range of building fabric systems. Undertake general building maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, painting, decorating, tiling, basic electrical, and other handyman duties. Plant room checks Respond quickly and effectively to reactive maintenance requests. Complete all job sheets and paperwork accurately, maintaining compliance with company procedures.
