Responsibilities:
Delivering theory and practical lessons within Hairdressing.
Working directly with learners in the Salon, providing hands on support.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to facilitate their academic development.
Assessing course work for the students through theory and practical.
Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve the curriculum, incorporating the latest industry trends and advancements.
Requirements:
Either lecturing experience, or experience working within the Hairdressing field.
