Duties Perform a wide range of hair styling services including cutting, colouring, styling, and treatments tailored to individual client needs Offer expert advice on hair care routines and suitable styles for clients face shapes, lifestyles, and preferences Maintain cleanliness and organisation of workstations in accordance with health and safety regulations Build and sustain a loyal client base through excellent customer service and professional rapport Mentor junior stylists by sharing expertise, providing guidance, and supporting their professional development Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, techniques, and products to ensure the salon remains innovative and competitive Manage appointment schedules efficiently to optimise client flow and minimise wait times Ensure compliance with all salon policies regarding hygiene, safety, and product usage Experience Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio demonstrating diverse styling techniques Previous senior or supervisory experience within a salon environment is preferred Excellent knowledge of current hair trends, colour theory, and advanced styling methods Strong communication skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored recommendations Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting Certification or qualification in hairdressing recognised by relevant industry bodies is essential This role is ideal for a dedicated professional eager to advance their career within a reputable salon that values creativity, professionalism, and continuous learning.
