Purpose of the role ???? ???????: We are currently looking for a Gujarati speaking volunteer befriender to meet up regularly with one of our residents at our service in Harrow, if you have a couple of hours to spare and can commit to volunteering on a regular basis, we'd love to hear from you.

Are you a warm and chatty person, who's also a good listener? As a befriender, you will provide companionship to our resident by meeting together regularly for a cup of tea and chat. We ask that you are able to communicate confidently in Gujarati in order to engage in conversations together.

Our resident also enjoys cooking, and playing board games and card games, and has asked that their befriender volunteer enjoys the same activities and can take part in these activities together during their volunteering sessions.
