You will primarily be responsible for all Meetings & Evenst. You will ensure that there is a warm welcome into any of the areas that our guests are in and that a memorable experience is created through genuine hospitality and interaction. Fantastic organisation and communication are key to deliver an exceptional event experience for our guests.A key aspect of the role is to forge a great rapport with guests from initial contact and ensure the team also do this, strong working relationships with all departments to ensure great service delivery & effectively maximise revenue when there is opportunity.The Guest Service Team Leader - Meetings & Evets will ensure that they are fully aware of all business in the hotel on a day to day basis and that they and their team are prepared for the day, shift or event.The role of Guest Service Team Leader -Meetings & Evets will report to the Operatins Manager, this is an opportunity for an aspiring & passionate Guest Service Assistant that is ready to take the next step in their career.This role is ideal for someone who has strong Food & Beverage Experience and customer care skills with great communication and time management.Job Overview:As Guest Service Team Leader –Meetings & Evets you will ensure all aspects of our hotel's Food & Beverage operations specifically Meetings & Events are carried out effectively on a day-to-day basis.
