We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious five-star hotel and resort set within beautiful countryside just outside London. Our client is seeking an experienced and inspiring Guest Experience Manager to lead their team and elevate every stage of the guest journey.
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional, personalised service across all touchpointsanticipating guest needs, managing relationships, and leading service recovery. Highly visible across the property, you will act as a host and ambassador, ensuring every guest receives a true luxury experience.
Key Responsibilities
Create memorable guest experiences, including VIP and special occasion stays
Lead and develop the Guest Experience team
Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Manage guest feedback and drive continuous improvement
Act as Duty Manager when required

About You
Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within luxury hospitality
Strong communication and guest engagement skills
Experienced in service recovery and VIP guest handling
A natural leader with a passion for delivering exceptional service
